Being Present - 60mins (Vinyasa & gentle flow options)

In class, do you ever find yourself thinking: Am I doing this right? What is Mountain Pose again? You want me to put my leg where? Sometimes we can feel challenged, maybe nervous and excited all at once. However, the thing most of us realise afterwards is that we have focused for an entire hour on nothing else besides body, breath, and the way we felt. This is the beauty of yoga… your yoga class has served as a gateway to experience complete presence in the moment. All the daily thoughts and worries disappear, at least for an hour.
The future is unwritten, the past has gone… we just have the here and now. In this class we will practice being present, take our time with some slow flow.. holding poses to anchor our mind to our breath, strength work, twists, balances, deep stretches and heart openers. We will leave this classes feeling open in the body and more present in the mind. Jan 2021
