This free session will get you energised for your day with a fusion of Yoga and HIIT! This short class blends high-intensity interval training (15 mins) with yoga inspired stretches (10 mins) to burn fat, increase strength, flexibility and stamina. Practice 3 or 4 times a week to get maximum benefits to compliment your yoga practice. Nov 2020
